“Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
Imagine, if you will, paper flowers hanging from the trees, a cake table to end all cake tables, sweeties, ephemera, and the bride wearing slippers. Add in a camper van, ten bridesmaids, a million miles of bunting, china tea-cups and an excessive wealth of Harry Potter gorgeousness and you have Amy and Liam’s eclectic, fun filled, romantic, beautiful wedding. I barely knew where to point my camera next there was so much going on.
Amy looked amazing in her Lusan Mandongus gown and Irregular Choice shoes (the slippers didn’t arrive til later!) as she made her way down the aisle and then, after a very personal wedding service, the bride and groom climbed aboard their camper van and drove themselves over to East Riddlesden Hall for a knees up Harry Potter style complete with games and an icicle tricycle.
Rachel from Simply Vintage had done an amazing job with all the bunting and vintage china, and my old friend Lynne from Stems had created dreamy flowers for the tables and of course, the bridal bouquets.
A big thank you to all the beautiful bridesmaids and to Sally who sang like an angel (not to mention playing the flute in the church and the piano at the reception!) and to Amy and Liam for letting me be part of their amazing day.
